We at Twinja Book Reviews are constantly trying to introduce new ways to highlight diversity in books with our blog. Whether they be nationally recognized events, or events throughout the blogosphere(That may one day be recognized as national events!) we always try to take advantage of points in the year that promote diversity, especially in Fantasy and Science Fiction.
We hope that you join us for our Twinja Book Reviews hosted event: Black Speculative Fiction Month for the month of October!
We plan to host a series of interviews from Black Speculative Fiction authors, including the creators of the event Balogun Ojetade and Milton Davis. We also plan to highlight some of our favorite Black Speculative Fiction authors, as well as provide lists of books within the Speculative Fiction genre featuring diverse Black main protagonists!

Sound like fun? Stay tuned, because it's a month long event!
Also, forgive us while we sweep. The month of November will be a confusing time for Twinja Book Reviews as we prepare for our 2nd annual Diversity Month. During that month, we will also be organizing our review page, to introduce our reviews as posts, rather than a single page of scroll down reviews. For any of our email subscribers, we urge you follow us via Bloglovin instead, to avoid getting flooded with emails!
