So a homegirl suggested this book to me, and there are a bunch of things about it that appeal to me.
Add that it comes in audiobook and I may just take the leap soon.
It's really hard to find M/M Romance books written by men by the way, and like I've mentioned before, there's a long history of why I personally haven't read many(as I'm torn by both positive and negative connotations)but I'll save that for an #ownvoice one day to explain it themselves(I'd rather an #ownvoice explain why they feel hurt than voicing my own opinion about it).
But this book is greatly loved, very likely for good reason.

Reasons why I choose Sutphin Boulevard:
~Getting it out there. Boricua main character(A lot of reasons why I love Caribbean Latinx characters, but clearly I'm biased).
I have spoken...
~It's apart of a series, so the good just keeps coming ;p
~Reviews I've read praised how real and raw it was to experience gay men typically face, both positive and negative.
~It's a friends to lovers book, which I'm totally in love with when it comes to New Adult.
~I can't go this week at all without mentioning how great the sex scenes seem to be from most readers. I mean, this is Sex in New Adult after all.
