So just so you guys know, turnt up at 31 is officially playing video games! But there was tequila involved, so it's all good ;p

So we've been on the search for more books that challenge the typical roles of characters in books. The next book in question does that in a number of ways, while still capturing some of the traits most people read New Adult.

We actually bought it based on the male main character, since we have a WIP with a similar situation in the works😎

Reasons why I choose Keep:

~In a world of toxic masculinity that often forces boys/men to have sex when they're not ready, it was interesting to find a story, especially a New Adult one, where a guy is a virgin. This shoe is often on the other foot, but often to reinforce misogyny.

~Zane, the main character is a rock star. Rock stars seem to be increasing in Romances, so if you've wanted to try it, but wanted one in the tone of NA, here's your chance!

~NA has been good at highlighting mental health(probably the one of the few things NA does highlight more than anything) and Zane has major anxiety and experiences anxiety attacks, and from reviews I've read, in a realistic way.

~It's a part of a series of stand alone books, so you don't have to read them all. Or you CAN read them all, the possibilities are endless!

Keep has some of the typical angst you see in NA, but that shouldn't deter you if you want to try something new!
